The Salisbury Open 2004 was held at Harnham Memorial Hall, Harnham, Salisbury on Sunday 18th April 2004.
 
This competition is one of the rounds of the English Circuit with ranking points gained counting towards the final championship.
 
A total of 32 players took part from as a far afield as Wales, Yorkshire, the East Midlands, and Worthing.  The final placings were as follows:
